Mattea's Journey to Heaven: A Lesson in Patience

Mattea was a curious little girl who loved to ask questions about everything. One day, she asked her parents about Heaven. They told her that Heaven was a beautiful place where angels lived and that one day, when the time was right, Mattea would get to go there too.

Excited by the idea of visiting Heaven, Mattea decided to start her journey right away. She put on her best dress and grabbed her favorite stuffed animal, a fluffy bear named Rosie. Mattea then set off on her adventure, determined to find her way to Heaven.

As she walked, Mattea met an angel with big, white wings. The angel smiled kindly at her and asked, "Where are you off to, little one?"

"I'm going to Heaven!" Mattea said with a big smile. "I want to see all the beautiful things there and meet the other angels."

The angel chuckled softly and said, "Heaven is a special place, Mattea, but you will need to be patient. It's not something you can reach by walking or running. It's something that will happen when the time is right."

Mattea felt a little disappointed, but she trusted the angel's words. She knew that being patient meant waiting for something good to happen.

So, Mattea went back home and waited patiently for the day when she would get to go to Heaven. While she waited, she played with Rosie, helped her parents around the house, and made new friends.

Finally, the day arrived when Mattea's time to go to Heaven came. The angel appeared before her and gently took her by the hand. Together, they flew up into the sky, higher and higher, until they reached the gates of Heaven.

As Mattea stepped inside, she saw the most beautiful sights she had ever seen. The colors were brighter, the flowers smelled sweeter, and the angels sang the most lovely songs.

Mattea was overjoyed to finally be in Heaven, and she knew that being patient had made the journey even more special. From that day on, Mattea learned that good things come to those who wait.
